Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare and personal care products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To receive a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

  • Item name

  • Reason for return

We will provide return instructions as quickly as possible.

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
